Our head framer is an artist himself with a bachelor’s Degree from The Canberra School of Arts and has varied experience to help you decide on the best way to frame your items. A master craftsman, and artist, with over 30 years of experience in making and framing art. A truly unique framing practitioner in Canberra with an eye for detail, fine touches, and quality only achievable by the hands of a master of his trade. All our frames are custom-built and hand-made in-house on the premises. For each item we receive, you can be assured only the best ph-neutral materials are used.
As we are a locally owned and operated business, we wish to cultivate a long-lasting relationship with our customers. Over the decades here at Belconnen Picture Framing we have framed all the precious memories and favourite artworks and items of our customers. A type of story telling, in our custom hand made frames, that become part of the greater story of the lives of the people who visit our store.
Also, as the owner is a collector of unusual things, there is is displayed many and varied items in the shop for your study. A mini Museum of curiosities collected over many years from meteorites and ancient stone tools to rare artworks and swords.
